LASER
CLEANING
Industrial fiber laser rust removal, paint stripping, and surface preparation for marine, military, and heavy industry. Zero chemicals. Zero abrasives. We come to you.
ONE LASER.
EVERY CONTAMINANT.
HOW LASER
CLEANING WORKS
Our 2000W fiber laser delivers nanosecond pulses of concentrated light that vaporize contaminants at the molecular level — leaving the base material untouched.
Surface Assessment
We assess substrate, contaminant type, and geometry to configure optimal power, frequency, and scan parameters.
Parameter Calibration
Pulse frequency, scan speed, and output power are dialed in precisely for each specific contaminant and base material combination.
Laser Ablation
The fiber beam vaporizes contaminants on contact. The substrate absorbs no energy — it stays dimensionally perfect.
Extract & Hand Off
Integrated fume extraction captures all vaporized residue. Surface is inspected and ready for coating or treatment.
IF IT’S METAL,
WE CLEAN IT.
Marine & Vessel
Hull cleaning, antifoul removal, rust treatment, propeller prep, and offshore structure maintenance — without drydock delays.
Military & Defense
Precision decoating of armored vehicles, aircraft, naval equipment, and weapons systems with full substrate integrity.
Heavy Equipment
In-situ cleaning of construction machinery, mining equipment, agricultural assets — no disassembly, no downtime.
Structural Steel
Bridge decks, platforms, staircases, and steel members cleaned and prepped to SSPC SP 1–SP 5 standards.
Industrial Equipment
Molds, turbines, pumps, weld zones, and fabricated metal parts — precision cleaning without shutting down production.
Government & Municipal
Fire hydrants, water towers, bridge infrastructure, public assets — compliant surface prep with zero chemical discharge.

FIBER LASER
TECHNOLOGY
Laser cleaning uses concentrated infrared light pulses to ablate contaminants at the molecular level — no abrasives, no chemicals, no substrate damage.
What is Laser Cleaning?
Laser cleaning is the process of removing unwanted material from a solid surface by irradiating it with a high-intensity laser beam. When the beam hits a contaminated surface, the targeted material absorbs the laser energy and either vaporizes directly into a gas or the rapid thermal expansion causes contaminant particles to “shred away” — leaving the base material untouched.
Why Fiber Laser?
Our 2000W continuous wave (CW) fiber laser delivers light at 1064nm wavelength — the ideal spectrum for absorbing iron oxide, paint, and organic contaminants while reflecting off most metal substrates. The result is selective ablation: only the contamination is removed.
The 7-Step Process
1. Laser sends short pulses of infrared light
2. Contaminant absorbs laser energy
3. Contaminant heats up extremely fast
4. Substrate stays cool beneath
5. Temperature differential vaporizes or shreds contamination
6. Fume extraction captures airborne residue
7. Clean, undamaged surface ready for inspection or coating

WHY LASER
VS. BLASTING
- No Abrasive MediaUnlike sandblasting, laser cleaning produces zero secondary waste — contaminants vaporize entirely. No grit to collect, haul, or dispose of.
- Zero Chemical InputsNo solvents, acids, or biocides. Fully EPA-compliant and marina-safe, making it ideal for environmentally sensitive areas.
- Substrate ProtectionLaser parameters are tuned to vaporize only the contaminant layer. Base material emerges factory-clean and dimensionally unchanged.
- In-Situ OperationEquipment cleans components in place — no disassembly, no transport, no drydock required in many applications.
- Minimal PPE RequiredOperator wears laser safety glasses and mask. No hazmat suits, respiratory equipment, or containment tenting needed.
- Quiet OperationLaser cleaning is far quieter than sandblasting — normal site conversation is possible during operation.

INDUSTRIES
WE SERVE
From ship hulls to military assets to structural steel — if it has rust, paint, or corrosion, Blast Laser Cleaning has a solution.
MARINE &
MARITIME
Laser cleaning is transforming marine maintenance. It removes marine growth, antifouling coatings, rust, and corrosion from vessel hulls, propellers, and offshore structures — all without the chemical waste streams and extensive containment requirements of traditional methods.
Applications Include
Removing old antifouling paint creates a clean, profiled surface for fresh coatings — improving fuel efficiency and extending intervals between haul-outs. Our mobile system can operate at dock, drydock, or on lift.
MILITARY &
DEFENSE
Defense assets require exacting surface preparation standards. Laser cleaning delivers precision decoating of armored vehicles, aircraft components, naval vessels, and weapons systems — meeting SSPC and military surface profile specifications while maintaining full substrate dimensional integrity.
Applications Include
Laser cleaning is non-conductive and generates no secondary contamination, making it ideal for classified environments and sensitive equipment with strict cleanliness requirements.
HEAVY
EQUIPMENT
Construction, mining, and agricultural machinery accumulates rust and corrosion rapidly in harsh operating environments. Laser cleaning removes corrosion in-situ, extending equipment life and reducing costly downtime — without disassembly or transport to a facility.
Applications Include
STRUCTURAL
STEEL
Bridge decks, offshore platforms, staircases, and structural members can be cleaned and prepared for protective coatings without sandblasting containment tenting or chemical discharge. Laser cleaning achieves SSPC SP 1 through SP 5 surface profiles on complex geometries including bolt heads, connection plates, and I-beam flanges.
Applications Include
MUNICIPAL &
GOVERNMENT
Public infrastructure assets — fire hydrants, water treatment equipment, bridge components, and government vehicles — require regular surface maintenance. Laser cleaning offers a chemical-free, zero-discharge solution that meets environmental compliance requirements and reduces infrastructure maintenance costs.
